Back to school

I have survived one full week of the spr/sum 10 semester! Next week starts the broootal: 9:30-7:30ish all day, everyday. ohhhh yeah. okay fine, except for monday, which is 9-5. can i finally be considered an adult now? i'm almost 20 too, so i think it counts extra (:

i'm really liking my philosophy class- the ideas presented & the people are extremely interesting, so i think it'll be a great semester full of debates, i love that my class isn't scared to say what's on their mind.
A&P seems like it'll be doable. As of now, it's mostly review so i'm happy. i don't like that we don't actually dissect something in lab, i wish we would.

i had a meeting at the med school today in the lab we're collaborating w/ for this experiment & i think it's going to be really cool. i'm excited for it to start! so the strain of S. pyogenes that we're going to be using is an active culture (duh) but i had no idea that it can kill a human within three days of an infection & growth of a biofilm. so crazy. living life on the edge! not (:

overall, today started off on a terrible note but it's gotten progressively better so i'm happy about that. this weekend's going to be epic, for once i actually have plans all three days! now to convince my parents to let me out.....
