In this case, that blank would be my apt. It's especially surprising because we're on a high floor & you'd think all the heat would rise & keep our place warm but you can thank old leaky windows that our landlord never fixed for the heat escaping. Then again, I guess it really isn't a surprise considering we can't control the heat in our apartment but the tenants who do turn it on at the most random times (when the radiators are the warmest at 2am but off in the evening = wut?).
I have an even greater appreciation for space heaters...& thermostats. Maybe?
